Velma Ellen Kramer's Obituary
Velma Ellen Kramer of Mason, passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at the age of 68.
She was born on September 08, 1956, to Garland Willcoxson and Nancy Morrison Willcoxson in Gallup N.M. Velma is survived by her brother Duane Willcoxson of Huntsville, and her three sisters Myra Lowery of Brady, Vicky Flowers of Montrose, CO. and Cindy Smith of Dallas. Velma was preceded in death by her husband Stanley Kramer.
A memorial service for Velma will be held at River of Life on Saturday, August 9, at 11:00 a.m.
