Thomas "Tommy" Garner, 70 passed from this earth on Tuesday, January 24, 2023.  Funeral Service was held on Friday, January 27, 2023, at 9:30 AM at Grace Funeral Home, 2401 Houston Highway, Victoria, Tx.  Burial was held on Saturday, January 28 at 2:00 p.m. at the Gooch Cemetery in Mason Tx..

Tommy was born to the late Howard "Rusty" and Nora Garner on March 1, 1952.  He married the love of his life Lynn Burrage on February 9, 1974.  Tommy and Lynn went on to have two children, Erin and Jeffery. Like his father, Tommy was called to the oil business.  Tommy wore many hats but as a small business owner is where he excelled throughout his career.  Tommy was a hardworking man and received the Small Businessman of The Year Award from the State of Louisiana.  For a time, he served as Deputy Sherriff of Sabine Parrish. His hobbies included radio communication, muscle cars, and loveable pets.

Tommy leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife Lynn of nearly 50 years. Daughter Erin and son Jeffery and wife Tara (Otwell), grandchildren Crystalline Garner and Teagen Garner, nephew Justin Myers and wife Carrie (Cano) along with many other friends and relatives.

Tommy was preceded in death by his father Howard Garner, mother Nora Garner, and sister Cindi (Garner) Kowalik.
