Ray Starks
Ray Starks, formerly of Kerrville, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, at the age of 72. Mr. Starks is survived by two sisters Jeannine Ketchum and husband James of Burnet and Shirley Ross of Comfort. Ray had lived in Kerrville since the 1960's and for many years owned and operated Head Masters Beauty Salon in Kerrville.
Ray was born and raised in Mason and was a graduate of Mason High School. He was preceded in death by his parents August and Inez Starks, a sister Willie "Billie" Brooks and two brothers-in-law Aubry Brooks and Bill Ross
Funeral services for Ray Starks will be held graveside at the Old Gooch Cemetery in Mason on Sunday, May 3, at 1:00 p.m.
