Obituary

Nickolas Paul Marchioni was taken to be with his Heavenly Father on January 1, 2026. He was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend to everyone who knew him. Nick was born on February 27, 1982, in the City of Austin, Texas. He passed at the young age of 43 years old in Austin. He was the son of Kenneth Paul Marchioni and Lesa Hipp Bendler. His brother was Michael Don Marchioni. His half-brothers were Ty Marchioni, Matthew Wells, Steven Wells, and Mark Wells.

Nick knew who he was his whole life - he was a builder. For 25 years, he built high-rises, parking garages, architectural concrete buildings, and most recently before his passing, custom homes. He was an excellent superintendent who was not only proud of the quality of his jobs, but also of the people who worked alongside him.

More importantly to him though, he built his family. He is survived by his wife, Zein Marchioni, and his daughter, Elora Grace Marchioni, the two he loved most in this world. Oh, how he loved his girls. He was proud of his girls. He was the most amazing husband and most present, loving, wonderful father, and he had plans to spend the rest of his life growing his family and building his business. Nick was a patient, kind, loving, wickedly smart, talented, handsome, fearless, man of a man. There was nothing he couldn't do.

Nick was always the loudest at any party and the glue that held everyone together. He knew the most random facts about any given thing and never wasted an opportunity to teach people the things he knew. He was a born leader and teacher.  He knew more about buildings, cars, animals, plants, history, and so much more than the people around him, yet he was still the humblest person in the room. There wasn't an hour that went by when he wasn't actively learning, growing, and observing the things around him.

Nick lived life to its fullest. He enjoyed everything life had to offer. There aren't enough words in this world to describe the man he was and all the things he loved. He was good at everything he did, and his legacy lives on in his city.

Rest in peace, Nickolas Paul Marchioni. Although knowing Nick, he's probably already building his family's forever home in Heaven right now.
