Linda Lorene Kensing, of Mason, passed away on Thursday, March 31, at the age of 93. Mrs. Kensing is survived by her children Patricia Ann Neale and husband Bob of Longview, Seth H. Kensing Jr. and wife Cheryl of Willow Park and Katherine Pitzer and husband Richard of Mason. The family would also like to recognize her dear friend and companion Robert Wardenburg of Wylie.

Linda was born in London, Texas to Nimrod Johnson D'Spain Sr. and Mollie Jones D'Spain. She married Seth H. Kensing in May of 1941 in Menard and he preceded her in death. She was a long-time resident of Odessa where she worked as a seamstress and was a member of the Permian Panther Booster Club. In addition to her parents and husband, Linda was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters: Lee, Jim, Jess, Les, Doc and France D'Spain and Effie Hubble, Essie Voges, Bessie D'Spain and Mildred Ham.

Visitation with the family will be Monday, April 4th from 10 to 11a.m. at Mason funeral home. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday in the Mason Funeral Home chapel. Interment will follow in the Gooch Cemetery.
