John Thomas Crow, 92, passed away Monday, April 15, 2024, after a long illness. John was born on June 26, 1931, in San Angelo, Texas, to Lavina J. and Arthur W. Crow, and grew up in Muleshoe, Texas. He attended The University of Texas at Austin and graduated in 1952 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. John and Mary were married on July 26, 1952, and were blessed with seventy-one years of marriage. John was a 1st Lieutenant in the US Army during the Korean War and a proud veteran. In 1956 John assumed responsibility of Crow Chevrolet, in Muleshoe, from his father and managed the dealership for more than twenty years. In 1979 John and Mary retired to the Hoover family ranch in the Texas hill country.

John was preceded in death by his parents, Lavina J. and Arthur W. Crow; brother, James A. Crow; and great-granddaughter, London R. Crow. He is survived by his wife, Mary A. Crow; his two sons, John D. Crow and wife Darcy; and Tom L. Crow and wife Michelle. In addition to their two sons, John and Mary have seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

John loved the Lord. He did not fear death and was perfectly at peace knowing that his eternal salvation was secured by his Savior Jesus Christ. John understood that all his works, whether good or bad, were laid at the foot of the cross.

The family has scheduled a public memorial service on Saturday, April 27, 2024, 2:00 p.m., at Liberty Baptist Church in Voca, Texas. John's remains will be scattered at the family ranch in a private event. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests any donations be made in memory of John T. Crow to a charity of your choice.
