On March 12, 2023, Janice Caryl Bartlett took her last breath as she was surrounded by her family.  Janice is now in the arms of our Heavenly Father and with all the loved ones that went before her.

Janice was born on September 18, 1935, in Mason, Texas to Kurt and Benellen Hofmann.  Janice grew up in Mason and after graduating from Mason High School, she attended Texas Lutheran College in Sequin Tx.  There she met and married Bobby Dean Rasberry, moved back to Mason and raised their three sons.  They owned and operated the Western Auto store for many years. Janice married David Bartlett in June of 1982 where they both resided until her death.  The things she loved doing were, going to the ranch, watching sunsets, playing bridge, and listening to the Mason Puncher Football games on the radio.

Janice is survived by her husband David of Mason, sons, Mitchel Rasberry and wife Marcella of Mason, Kurt Rasberry and wife Candi of San Angelo, Tx, Robert Rasberry and wife Christie of Nacogdoches Tx, and her stepdaughter Gayla Jones and husband David of Dilley, Tx.   Grandchildren, Brian, Brett and Brent Rasberry of San Angelo, Tx, Ross Rasberry of Houston TX, Reese Rasberry of Plano Tx, Mason and Emma Rasberry of Nacogdoches, Tx.

Janice was preceded in death by her father, Kurt, and her mother Benellen and her brother Wayne Hofmann.

Please join the family in a celebration of her life that will be held March 14 at 2:00 p.m. at St Paul Lutheran Church with interment to follow at the Gooch Cemetery in Mason.
