Jacquelyne (Jackie) Morgan, 71, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2026. She was born on December 18, 1954, and was raised in Mason, Texas.

Jackie spent most of her adult life in Midland, Texas, where she faithfully served her community and church family. She was a devoted worship leader at Assembly In Christ, sharing her love for God through music and ministry for many years. Her faith was the foundation of her life, and she touched countless people with her gift.

She attended Howard Payne University and The University of Texas of the Permian Basin, pursuing her passion for accounting.

Jackie was married to Steven Calley for 31 years. Together they built a loving family and raised two children, Jeremy Calley of Kyle, Texas, and Stephanie Haislip and husband Jason Haislip of Lubbock, Texas. She was a proud and loving grandmother to four grandsons: Zayne Calley, Alex Haislip, Riley Haislip, and Rogan Haislip, who brought immense joy to her life.

She is also survived by her sister, Kathy Russell, and brother-in-law, Scott Russell, of Midland, Texas; and by her nephews, Jared Green and Josh Russell.

Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, J.R. and Linda Morgan, and her beloved niece, Megan Russell.

She will be remembered for her unwavering faith, her beautiful spirit, her love of worship, and the deep devotion she had for her family and friends. Her legacy of love and faith will continue to live on in all who knew her.

A Celebration of Life and her love of Mexican food will be held at LaBodega in Midland on Sunday, May 31st at 4:00 pm. A Graveside Service will be held at Bethel Cemetery on Friday, June 5th at 11 am.
