Fiencia Macareno-Godina passed away on Saturday, January 12, at the age of 86. She was born in Las Esperanzas Coah., Mexico on October 19, 1932 and was raised by her grandmother.

Fidencia is survived by her children Pablo Macareno and Yolanda Palacio of Mason, Eduardo Macareno and Juanita Sanchez of Mexico, Adalberto Macareno and Refugio Ortiz of Mexico and Isabel and Jorge Rivera of Mason along with 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

Fidencia was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph Parish in Mason.

A Rosary will be held Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Mason Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated by Fr. Melvin Dornak on Monday, January 14, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mason. Interment will take place at a later date.
