Eloise A. Kuhlmann passed away on Tuesday October 6, 2009 in the Windcrest Nursing Home in Fredericksburg at the age of 91.
Eloise was born Eloise Alpha Farmer to Seth S. Farmer and Alpha O. Farmer nee Daniels in Temple TX. She married Eddie Kuhlmann on August 3, 1940. When Eddie was stationed in La Jolla California Eloise worked in the hospital. She worked in the school cafeteria for many years. She enjoyed hunting and fishing with her husband Eddie. She took great pride in keeping a clean house and a well manicured yard. Eloise was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, Mason Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary.
She is survived by her daughter Joyce Comer and her husband Gary of Mason; Sister Irma Millarie of St. Louis Missouri. She is preceded in death by her parents Seth and Alpha Farmer, brothers Seth Farmer and Glen "preacher" Farmer, sister Alene Doland
Funeral services for Eloise A. Kuhlmann will be on Thursday October 8 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of the Mason Funeral Home with Pastor David Collett officiating, interment to follow at Gooch Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will be from 5:00p.m until 7:00p.m. Wednesday in the Mason Funeral Home.
In Lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial be made to the Mason Volunteer Fire Department or the mason EMS or the charity of your choice.
