Diana Swartz of Mason, Texas (formerly Erie, PA) passed away peacefully at her home in Streeter on September 22, 2017. She moved to Texas 5 years ago after her husband retired to be closer to her daughter. She was born in Sharon, PA on August 26, 1946 and raised her family in and around this area. She was a homemaker most of her life, but spent a few years later in her life working in retail. Her family was her life, she lost her first husband in 1982 and then a year later lost a son. She met her current husband in 1992 and they had many wonderful years together. If you asked her what her greatest joy was, she would tell you her family. She is survived by her husband, James Roberts. A daughter, Dorrie Cooper and husband Ricky of Mason and a son Kenneth Beich, Sr. of Erie, PA. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. No funeral services are planned as she wished to be cremated and taken back to Pennsylvania.
