David Priess, of Fredonia, passed away on Monday, November 11, at the age of 60.  Mr. Priess is survived by his mother Ora May Morris Priess of Fredonia, a brother Randy Priess and wife Sheila of Cottula, a sister Melissa Haliburton of Fredonia, nieces and nephews: Robert Priess, Randy Priess Jr. and wife Jasmine, Misty Crouch and husband Justin, Roxanne Edgar and husband Ray and Jamie Priess, great-nieces and nephews: Jude and Addison Priess, Landon Priess and Destiny Priess, Kelly Edgar and Christine Trimble.  He was preceded in death by his father Daniel Ernest Priess.

David was born on September 20, 1961 in Brady.  He was a graduate of Mason High School and worked as a rancher.

Visitation with the family will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 19, at Mason Funeral Home.  The funeral service will be on Saturday, November 20, at 1:00 p.m. at Mason Funeral Home with Rev. Jean Reardon leading the service.  Interment will follow in the Wagram Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers are Buddy Schuessler, Roy Morris, Tim Herklotz, Scott Ceynowa, Brian Tatsch, Brian Haley, Shane Haley and Justin Crouch.
