Daniel William Nowlin slipped peacefully away from us on Tuesday afternoon. Danny lived his life with gusto and was the embodiment of a "free thinking" German. He is survived by his loving wife, Brenda Nowlin; his brother Don and wife Liz of Flour Mound; his two sons Shawn Nowlin and wife Nancy of Granbury, Shane Nowlin and wife Jennifer of Ft. Worth; his grandchildren Cody Crocker, Kaylee Nowlin and William Baxter Nowlin; many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family will be Friday evening from 5 to 8 p.m. at Mason Funeral Home. A Memorial Service celebrating Danny's life will be held on Saturday, November 3, at 2:00 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church at Castell.
