Carla Beth Polk, of Pontotoc, passed away on Wednesday, May 25, at the age of 80.  Mrs. Polk is survived by her children Kenya West and husband Wade, of San Antonio and Billy Dale Polk and wife Pam of Pontotoc along with 7 grandchildren: Courtney Anderson (Paul), Kenisha Cantwell (Cole), Zeb Abbott (Tiffany), Julie Hearn (Chad), Dayna Markworth (Will), Boden Polk (Alex Stevens), Amber Polk and 19 great-grandchildren.  Carla Beth was preceded in death by a son Kurt Polk and her husband Kenneth Polk.

Visitation with the family will be Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Mason Funeral Home. Funeral services for Carla Beth Polk will be held on Saturday, May 28, at 10:00 a.m. in the Mason Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow in the Pontotoc Cemetery
