Bee Ann Binion of Mason, passed away on Saturday, October 08, 2011 at the age of 73. Bee Ann was born on May 30, 1938 in Elk City, Oklahoma to John R. and Francis Brewster nee Goodrum.
Bee worked in the banking industry after her children were older. She also worked as a church secretary at Canyon Creek Baptist in Richardson, TX. Bee enjoyed crocheting and was an excellent cook and baker and was especially known for her chocolate pie. Bee was also an avid bowler and was in the National Amateur Championship in Reno, NV. She served as a Sunday school teacher and volunteered at many church functions. Mrs. Binion also served as a den mother for the Girl Scouts, was a member of the Rebecca Club, and was a PTA member.
Mrs. Binion is survived by her husband Ron Binion of Mason, daughters Ronda Reichle of Granite Shoals, TX, Kim Jordan of Mason, TX, sons Geron Binion and wife Cindy of Garland, TX, Kevin Binion of Sachse, TX; brother Gene Brewster and wife Anne of Westville OK, brothers-in-law Farrell Warren of Medicine Park, OK and Kenneth H. Binion and wife Marilyn of Spokane, WA, and 7 grand children, Jessica Reichle Eytcheson and husband Spencer of Granite Shoals, Samantha and Traci Jordan of Mason, and Justine, Clay, Bo, and Jake Binion of Garland. Bee was preceded in death by her sister, Beth Warren.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at 1 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Mason with interment following in the Gooch Cemetery in Mason. Visitation with the family will be held Monday from 5-7 p.m. at Mason Funeral Home.
